Orders received by 17:00 (GMT+2) will be processed within 1 day, picking will take 2 working days, and dispatching and shipping may take 3 working days. Therefore please allow a maximum of 6 working days for delivery.
- Returns and refunds are processed and cost of returns are for our expense if:
- the goods do not meet the type or quality they could reasonably expect from the agreement and as advertised by the manufacturer, or if the goods were made to custom order and the goods do not reasonably match the specifications of the order
- the goods do not meet the particular purpose for which it was made or advertised in official brochures or the website it was purchased from, and we have confirmed that this will meet those purposes; however these goods should not be entirely or partially disassembled, altered, added, or combined with other goods or property.
- The goods are defective, damaged, not in working order, or not durable or usable for a period of 6 months
- All expenses are borne by PowerKart.co.za and Worldwide Couriers will collect on behalf of PowerKart.co.za
- Returns and refunds are processed but costs are covered by the purchaser (not covered by us) if:
- You have a change of heart within 7 days of goods (delivery) being received (a cooling-off period)
- Returns or refunds are not processed at all if:
- You have change of heart after the 7 day cooling-off period
- Powerkart.co.za is an online retailer. Warranties are offered by the manufacturer, and not the retailer. For this reason all warranty-related claims are to be made with the manufacturers directly.
All refunds will be made via store credit by default, unless the customer specifically asks for an EFT.
Should you like to request a return or refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your full address and contact details and we will make contact with you with detailed instructions. In the case of returns, please also ship the goods to 8 Homestead Road, Edenburg, Rivonia, 2128 with your invoice number clearly reflecting.
